Several years ago I was present for an apparition with one of the visionaries.  I was with my child she was four at the time.  We were praying the rosary and I felt this overwhelming joy in my heart a type of electricity that is indescribable.  My daughter was also known to fidget  a lot and before it started I was scared she would cause a scene.  It was amazing, my daughter said look mommy the lady with babies and from then my daughter was on her knees in quiet prayer.  When we were on our way home my daughter said to my mom.. Grandma I saw the lady she was wearing a gold dress and there were two babies with her.  A couple of months later I read a description of the apparition.. Mary came with two angels it said and she was wearing Gold. I am a believer.  Cynthia Gonzalez

Dear Mike,

Just found your website from Spirit Daily and was very moved by what happened to you while in Medjugorje.

For the past fifteen yeas I have been living my retirement here in southern Spain. Always I had hoped to go to Medjugorje, especially when a German friend told me about his own experiences there this past April Each time I tried to go, something kept blocking my way. So in the end I went to Poland for a week where I met  professor who spoke English. Seemed that this is what God wanted me to do.

Still I felt Our Blessed Mother calling me but how was I to go to Medjugorje? A Spanish friend told me about going there by bus from Milan. So
I left it all in Our Lady's hands. Believe it or not, I got a cheap flight from Alicante to Milan, but found the bus no longer makes that trip so I took the train to Ancona, then a ship to Split and a three hour bus trip from there to Medjugorje with money that my German friend loaned me. I stayed with a German friend who lived there and would not let me pay for my stay with her.
I have to confess that it was the peace that really got to me in Medjugorje. confession with a Swiss priest was beautiful, also I met a group from Naples who sort of took me under their wing (they understood my Spanish).

While on my pilgrimage I was worried about having enough money to get back to Milan and my trip from there to Spain. On the night before my departure, one lady from the Italian group came to give me a present - a big red apple and a small manila envelope which I though contained a medal or something. I went to my room to pack and before going to bed I opened the envelope. Out tumbled 200 Euros (about 270 dollars),  a gift from Our Blessed Mother! Talk about a miracle! I broke down and cried.

Some day I would like to tell you about the miracle that happened to me years ago in Lourdes but that is another story

Keep in touch, FRED KING

She is really there. She has much to offer to those who would only listen. She has healing ways and such love for all of us. I was In Medjugorje in 1992. As a non-Catholic. I received such a wondrous gift there and became an active Catholic. I have only a chance to share my vision to those who needed to hear it. It was a spiritual healing for me and gives me peace in my heart to this day. I do not miss a mass and since then my husband and sister has also converted to the church. My granddaughter is presently in CCD, to receive her first communion in May of 2001 at the age of 12. The gifts are ongoing and the important thing is the awareness, and what you do with your gifts. Thank You for your good works, Your friend in Jesus and Mary, Marlee Fisk.

Five years ago was my first time I visited Medjugorje. I went there mostly out of curiosity, although I have always had a great devotion for Our Lady.

On my first day, I witnessed a great lightning at about 10:30 PM. At the time of Our Lady's apparition. The next day, while saying the stations of the cross, my group had gotten to the 9th station when I noticed swelling on my ankle. Thought that I could climb up but not come down as I thought the climb was too steep. I decided to sit on large rock and wait for my group's return.

I finished the stations of the cross, prayed the rosary, and more. But no one came. I began to worry as we were supposed to attend the English Mass as 6:00 PM. A young couple came by and I mentioned my problem. They told me that there was an easier descent on the other side. I was frightened because I knew I would have a difficult time getting down. I tried and tried but it was almost impossible. I crawled, slide, etc. But I could not get myself down. In desperation, I called out in a loud voice to Jesus to help me. I said. " Lord of Miracles, You brought me here, get me down."

I also called to Our Lady, "Lady of Medjugorje, please send me some angels to hold me up so that I won't bust my face." I didn't know that She was called Our Lady of Peace. Three to five minutes past when suddenly I saw a nun climbing at a tremendous speed, as if though she was riding a bike or some kind of vehicle. She went up and around me, held me by my left wrist, and as if flowing, took me down the mountain at a tremendous speed. As we were coming down I asked her if the Virgin had sent her. She only smiled.

When we got on the flat ground, she said bye, and as I blinked my eyes, she disappeared. I didn't even have time to thank her. Of course, my life has changed, And next month, it will be my third time to visit Our Lady and this wonderful Holy Ground. God willing.

I thought you would like to hear of my adventure and my strong conversion. Further more, most of my big problems have been solved. Thank You God, Thank You Mother. Arlette

I, believe in miracles.

I was brought up in different homes in my childhood, Home which did not have love in their hearts for me, but only money which the State of Michigan paid for my keep. The foster home children did the work and at least we had a roof over our heads.

I never new the love of a parent or anyone. When visiting Medjugorje, I prayed to the blessed mother, and asked her to please tell me that she loved me in any way that a child would understand.

In the confessional a priest told me to not say one word because he was getting a message. He then told me that the blessed mother told him to tell me that she loved me. I just knelt there and cried.

Since then at one time at home she has woke me up in the morning with just one word, which was DAUGHTER. She has a clear and beautiful voice.

Thank you for letting me share this with you. Buck & Joe Elliot
