Once the picture is fully opened "Right Click" your mouse over the picture and save it the picture file in your computer. Once the picture is saved, do the following,

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click on Display
4. In "Desktop" click on Browse locate where you put the picture in the file you downloaded
5. Insert the picture into the background section of the "Desktop" and click apply to activate it.
