The war in Iraq continues to take causalities and most recently is the abduction of Catholic Archbishop Faraj Rahoo who was kidnapped on February 29 and held for ransom. Apparently his kidnappers were not aware of the Bishop's serious heart condition and the medication he needed to take. It is uncertain if his death was the result of no medication but the body of the Archbishop Rahoo was found March 13.
American still do not realize that there are Catholic's in Iraq and has been for ages. Since the war nearly 2/3 of the Catholic population in Iraq has been either killed or have left Iraq. The remaining Catholics are committed to their faith as is seen by the picture of Bishop Rahoo's funeral below. This is news you will not see on American television.
