Shipping Charges Due to postage increases in the U.S. in January 2006, we regret we have been forced to raise our minimum shipping charges to $5.95.

Shipping Outside the U.S. Sometime ago we stopped shipping outside the U.S. because some packages were not arriving. However, because we have been asked so many time to ship outside the U.S. we now do so but do not guarantee deliveries outside the U.S. We keep a record that packages outside the U.S. have been shipped but we have no control over the delivery. We do not take responsibility due to lost deliveries outside the U.S. Due to shipping increases in the U.S. and aboard we may contact you asking you make an additional shipping payment if you live outside the U.S. Any order outside the U.S. which has an unconfirmed mailing address means there could be possible credit card fraud. To avoid possible mistreatment of stolen credit cards, all orders with an unconfirmed mailing address will not be shipped for a period of 45 to 60 days. We are sorry for such a delay but we are only trying to protect the credit card holder.

Returns: We do guarantee our products shipped in the U.S. to be free of defects. If you receive damage goods please contact us via email or the phone number from your original invoice confirmation. To this date we have never had a damaged order. However should this occur, Medjugorje USA's Gift Shop will replace the item and cover the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us for a replacement if possible or a full store credit if item is no longer in stock. Replacement only on all DVD's and CD's and must first be shipped back to us so we can view the source. DVD's players and CD's players may be the cause the video or sound source is not working correctly. Upon return, all DVD's and CD's will be played on our systems to determine if replacement is really necessary. Shipping charges will occur to return your item if we determine the DVD or CD is in working order.

If for some reason an order is shipped back to us without email confirmation of explanation and or wrong postal address has been provided or package has been refused without any notification, please note restocking, shipping, handling and material charges will occur before any reimbursement to purchaser is given. Restocking and materials for shipping is $11.00. Shipping is based on weight of shipping amount total.
