There has never been but one commission appointed to investigate claims of any Marian apparition throughout the ages. As of March 2010 Medjugorje starts it's forth appointed investigation of the Medjugorje apparitions. Medjugorje USA's articles on the commissions previous and current have been organized together on this page. These pages are designed for those who serious want to understand what a commission is, the rules guidelines and procedure, with information on all four Medjugorje commissions including why three commission have failed for the first time in the history of the Church. Even though some information will repeat itself from article to article each article (when read in order) will continue to inform the reader promoting a complete understanding to date.
